Recycling

WEEE recycling services

We offer advanced and secure recycling services for all categories of electrical and electronic equipment. TYBET OKO possesses the facilities and capacity to process all types of electrical and electronic waste.

Our state-of-the-art technology and skilled personnel ensure a high rate of recycling and/or recovery of waste from electrical and electronic equipment.

Although different types of electrical and electronic equipment vary in form, they often contain similar materials, such as ferrous and non-ferrous metals, glass, plastics, and circuit boards. These wastes are treated based on their specific categories to ensure that pollutants are removed from the recyclable content. The recovered recyclable materials can then be reintroduced and reused in production cycles.

Batteries

Electric vehicle batteries

Since 2019, the TYBET team has developed advanced technology for the technical assessment, disassembly, discharge, and recycling of fractions derived from electric vehicle batteries.

Currently, the company is fully authorized for the collection, handling, storage, and treatment of waste batteries from electric vehicles. We also operate a state-of-the-art facility — RECYCLING LITHIUM-ION ELECTRIC CAR BATTERY — spanning 10,000 square meters, equipped with systems for separating all constituent elements of lithium-ion batteries (electrolyte, lithium, magnesium, aluminum, cobalt, nickel, copper).

Solar panel

Solar panel recycling

There are many types of photovoltaic panels, but they all share a common construction principle: a “sandwich” of wires, silicon, and a layer of silver, all encapsulated within layers of plastic.

In light of environmental legislation regarding waste hierarchy (recycling and recovery before disposal), TYBET initiated research in 2020 to evaluate whether materials or fractions from end-of-life or technologically obsolete solar panels can be repurposed as raw materials for various industries.

After two years of testing various types of solar panels (including both new and older generations), we implemented two distinct technologies for the treatment and recycling of photovoltaic panel waste, classified under code 160214.
